Iodine allergy means NO kelp, no iodine of any kind, no high iodine
anything (in the past 2 years it means, for me, no avoidable iodine at
all). EFAs only from non-fish sources, same for A & D must be non-fish
sources only, which is hard to find but does help. And in at least my
case emotions/stress have nothing whatsoever to do with it now. Could
have been implicated in the very first attack, but 20 years later,
stress and emotional upheaval simply don't impact it in any way. Unless
overwhelming stress actually shuts down allergic reactions........I was
eczema free for an approx 4 to 6 month period of some of the worst
stress I've ever experienced combined with a lot of emotional upheaval.
I've been considering, with trepidation, taking homeopathic iodine to
see if that would help, but don't know enough to know if I would react
to that as if I had taken a material dose of iodine?

I switch them to a raw meaty bone diet (species appropriate) and add Omega
3's and some supplement like kelp alfalfa, vit A & D vit B complex (no yeast
human grade) and vit E (all natural vitamins no dyes, no dairy.
