Nah, just something in a book I read a long time ago. It mentioned how the old (pre-sugar and white man foods) Inuit died mostly of osteoporosis in their forties and fifties.
Maybe too much protein isn`t good, either...

Have you got any references for that? Bone structure and health is very protein dependent. In a bone break for example, the first thing that happens is a protein fiber matrix is laid down across the broken ends. Minerals are deposited in that matrix.
