Yes!  Thanks for responding.  I have used it, with excellent results.  This 
current infection isn't E-coli, though because it didn't respond to d-mannose.  
The cultures just turn out negative (last three infections), so I am somewhat 
in the dark about which organism it is, but Proteus Mirabilis is the most 
likely guess since when the cultures did show up positive this was the usual 
organism found when it wasn't E-coli.
