Sounds about right.  I now from putting silver into 3% H2O2 how slow a process 
it
is converting it to silver oxide.

I would imagine much is coughed up, unless they are a smoker.

Yep, maybe the difference is the concentration of H2O2 different miners
generated, and a few generated a strong enough concentration to elevate the
silver in the blood to a high enough level, or maybe some had impared
liver/kidney function so it was not expelled as fast as normal.

So, they did not use uv light in the protocl?

Now I am confused, did they know/use uv light or not?  The question is if he 
used
UV light, the protocol you gave above does not indicate any use of UV light.
