Yup, the best humor is a commentary on real life.
Not a big problem in America. We don't often eat "American"  homeless
people, dogs and cats or feed them to cows, so it's not likely that BSE
madness will spread that way...here.

Pretty much stops at Bum level...
 Makes me sorta wonder how much of the street dementia is undiagnosed BSE.
