Hi Ken,

"Salt" or "sodium" there is a big distinction, and not good for who. most of
this low sodium stuff you hear on tv comes from the same place as the low fat
diets nad the low cholesterol propaganda. Its all bull.

You have to closely examine what people are talknig about when they say
"sodium" or when they say "salt". the words are often interchanged. if you are
alsknig dose it have table salt in it. no it does not. dose it have sodium in
it yes in the form of sodium ascorbate ( vitamin C). which is different than
sodium chloride ( table salt).

people that need to go on a low sodium diet are really gonig on a low salt
diet. its the table salt that is the problem. not the sodium. these missuses of
chemical words is the disinformation that the medical interests

use to pull the wool over our eyes. so if you are concered about low somethnig
or other diets, it wolud be good to find out exactly what it is you need to be
low in before believing any of it.

I can gaurantee you that the low sodium diet and the low fat diet and the low
cholesterol diet are all very bad for your health and based on bad information
spread by mass media outlets. I can also say that practically any health
information you hear on TV is most probably false, so thorugh it all out and do
some research on the net.

There are people on the lyme list that are taking severl grams of salt a day to
cure their disease. Also check the water cure site.
