I had it suggested to me that I use potassium bicarbonate rather than sodium
because of the high sodium content.
I haven't gotten around to getting it yet.

when you mix it with baking soda that it cretes
sodium ascorbate which is simialr to waht the
Emergen C dose when you put it in water when it

down the whole glass at once. Does not have much of
