I saw a set on e-bay for approx 15.00( complete set) corning Pyrex. Grab it while you can. It's amber colour transparent.
My mom happened to find a guy in Oshawa flea market on the out skirts of Toronto who had a few sets so I grabbed them up. Used yes, in great shape though. Do a google search: Corning pyrex. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, December 08, 2005 7:31 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: CS>Aluminum cookware In a message dated 12/7/2005 5:07:11 PM Central Standard Time, [email protected] writes: I've learned to play it safe and happen to find me some Corning cookware. It is apparently rare nowadays to source it. Well dang! I just checked the Corning and Corningware websites, and no cookware to be found. Now I'm gonna have to start checking the flea markets and antique malls. It didn't occur to me that it couldn't be purchased new. MA
