It  comes from everywhere.
Aluminum is extremely common in the environment...right next to silicon and carbon, more plentiful than oxygen.You can't eat or breath without ingesting some aluminum.
It's most likely that, while high aluminum levels are doing damage, Alzheimer's isn't caused by aluminum retention but that aluminum retention is caused by having Alzheimer's.

If have Alzheimer's or a family history of it, it's probably best to avoid aluminum as much as possible to slow the rate of retention, but you'll find enough eventually anyway.
