When I smell inside the plastic containers themselves they don't appear to have
a bad smell but I will try to distill it into a glass container and see if
things cchange. Thanks everyone.

      Hi,

I will testify to one plastic container. It was a Rubbermaid brand, 2 gallon
size with a spigot It had a terrible odor but washed it out then swished
colloidal silver around in it before using it for CS. The odor seemed to go
away but the memory of that smell made me want to find a glass container.
Finally found a gallon glass jar with a spigot on ebay and when I quit using
the plastic container for CS, the odor returned. It was in the plastic. On
one list, there was mention of estrogen leaching from plastic containers but
not sure which list now. Just the memory of that smell makes me want to avoid
plastic of any kind!

The plasticky taste might be coming from the plastic container that holds the
distilled water.
