It depends on what else is in the configuration. The first MSCP disk
controller has a static address, subsequent controllers have floating
addresses.
Send along your config and I'll check, or you can see what VMS SYSGEN's
"CONFIG" stuff shows you...

Add these to the SYSGEN CONFIG....
Doing that changed it to 760354, which is at least a number everything
