I'm running AtDot under Netpresenz using MacPerl and accessing a SIMS
server. You can try it out at:

http://www.UCDhousestaff.com/email

I had to make a number of modifications to AtDot to get it to run
under MacPerl; mostly because of the directory separator character
being ":" instead of "/". I could send you the changes if you'd like.

I believe I also tested it under Personal Web Sharing without a
problem. Netpresenz is dated and a little buggy, and apparently
completely unsupported even though Interarchy raised the price from
$10 shareware to $80 commercial without changing the product at all
(the "about" text still states it's $10 shareware!). So with AtDot,
SIMS, and PWS you can set up web-based email without spending a dime
on commercial software.
