You can download it from SocialEng.com
but........
the freely available version only supports a single domain name. You need a
license number to be able to use the version (Quid Pro Quo Plus) that
supports multiple domains :-((
When I tried many months ago to get one from their site via the automated
system that is supposed to send out a number good for a 30 day trial, I got a
number that had expired months before I requested it :-((
