both. I only do this with Windows (don't need it on my mac), but I think it's similar on the mac. You may need to use resourcerer or resedit to edit the eudora prefs file. And I haven't even looked for this under 10.1 Windows Eudora.ini settings: Adding this in the [settings] section sets it for all accounts, Adding it in [Persona-whatever] changes it for the whatever persona.
