Reverse DNS is passing an IP address and having the domain name returned.
While MacDNS actually does reverse DNS, your server is probably not
authoritative for your IP. Ask your provider to make the appropriate entry.
Based on an ARIN lookup using <http://www.arin.net/whois/>, that would be

WesTel Telecommunications (NETBLK-WESTEL) WESTNETBLK
                         204.244.0.0 - 204.244.255.255
North East Online Network (NETBLK-WESTEL-9902-59-128) WESTEL-9902-59-128
                           204.244.59.128 - 204.244.59.143

WesTel owns the whole 204.244 class B block and have delegated
responsibility to North East Online Network for your subblock. My guess is
that they are your provider. Contact them and they should be able to set up
the appropriate reverse DNS.
