1. MacDNS is garbage. Aside from lacking basic features that would 
allow it to be honestly called a DNS server, it is slow and quite 
buggy. Armed with the knowledge that you are running MacDNS, anyone 
in the world with a will to do so could keep the machine running it 
crashing continuously. Thankfully, it is grossly unsuitable as an 
authority for reverse zones, so there's no possibility of explaining 
how to make it handle reverse resolution.

2. It appears that an entity called 'westel.com' controls the reverse 
resolution for 204.244.*, and they have not delegated 204.244.59.* to 
anyone. If the SOA record is to be believed, mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] 
should get you to the person who can set up reverse resolution for 
you.
