Don't change domains. If you do then that means they win.

They do have the right to use whatever they want for names 
inside their network, but once thatleaks outside their 
network, they have no rights and based on what I have learned 
(and I am not a lawyer), they can be forced, I beleive, to pay 
damages to you.

Don't let the big guys win.  Post this to industry websites, 
get some action going.

I think I might actually post my story on slashdot to see 
where it goes from there.

If we do this together, especially since these are both banks, 
that should be able to get some interest going on how the big 
guys pick on the little guys.

My story also has the additional dimension of BS saying (when 
I suggested we work something out about the email problem, re: 
me redirecting email) "We don't work with your kind of 
company." - My site is not a porn site.
