I would turn on <unknown> on the server. Take some hard copies of client confidential emails that have been mis-directed to you. Take it to the press. That should stop them dead in their tracks, especially, if the client is another huge company/bank/whatever.
Of course, one would probably fine-tune the above. Like, maybe, first give them fair warning that if they did not provide compensation for past abuse, and cease and desist thereafter, you would take this public (including contents of the emails).
