Well, there is (an also there was) never a bank with the name "Swiss
Bank", even when their domain might have this name. There are many
banks here, and many have the word "Swiss" in their name, but none,
as said, only "Swiss Bank".

UBS is at present the biggest bank here, they are the result of a
merger between "Swiss Bank Corporation" (or SBC, in German called
Schweizerischer Bankverein, SBV) and Union Bank of Switzerland (or
UBS, in German called "Schweizerische Bankgesellschaft, SBG).
Although the UBS name survived, in fact SBC has taken over UBS. So
much for the history.

You wrote, you had received some financial information which wasn't
for you. Just let the higher officers of UBS in Switzerland know that
they have a leak somewhere, and it will stop immediately I think.

I don't think they are actually "stealing" your domain. They are just
unaware of the fact that the domain is taken, and gave your domain
name to a machine within their organization. And then, another stupid
EDP beginner thought it was a good idea to mirror a name server
instead of having a hosts file. So, YOU get the mails instead of
their internal machine...

Just let everyone whose address you can get at UBS and UBS Warburg
know that they don't have an idea about networking and that they are
distributing information not thought for the general public.

Christian.
