 From the HTML docs pages "Local Delivery":
======================
Return Receipts
Senders can request return-receipts by including the
Return-Receipt-To: header fields into messages.When a message
containing a Return-Receipt-To: header field is delivered to a local
account, the Server generates a Return-Receipt message and sends it
to the address specified in the Return-Receipt-To: header.
=====================

I can see them in the logs:

11:03:57 2 SYSTEM [S.0000012001]
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 1+0 From:NULL@NULL

Plus people are asking why they are getting them!
