These messages from SIMS are created when someone using MS Outlook for Windows and has the option checked "Tell me when all messages have been checked". _I_ understand this as a notification when the recipient reads the message (or at least transfers it to his/her computer) and not when SIMS puts it into the recipient's mailbox. But now, this thread becomes more and more philosophic and off-topic...
