He doesn't have a rouge DNS entry. He has real DNS entries in his own DNS servers - therefore the secondary is not rouge, it is an accurate mirror of the primary (master) zone records. He has to change the zone records on his DNS servers in order for the secondaries to update properly. the bit about an IP address somehow turning into a client IP address based on DNS entries is not correct. The DNS only points other mail servers to your server. the email is delivered and THEN SIMS decided what to do with it based on what domains are confiugred. The mail is being delivered properly (as per the DNS settings).
