Hello, We have a client who uses another company for access and SMTP service. They are not able to send us any email and I think it is because something is broken at the sending MTA. From what I can tell it looks like the sending MTA is timing out and disconnecting the connection while our SIMS box is looking up theirs in the blacklists. Can one of you take a look at this log and tell me what you think the problem is and if I can do anything to fix it:
