No, but it isn't happening quite as the log implies. SIMS sends the 
banner at connect and then starts doing the DNSBL lookups. Meanwhile 
the other end sends a EHLO command, but SIMS doesn't bother looking 
for it until it has finished with those lookups. By the time it does 
read that line, the other end has also closed the session out of 
impatience, and SIMS sees the stream end right after the EHLO line.
