That looks right. It looks like the other side has a 30 second timeout on EHLO response, and SIMS isn't even getting around to reading that EHLO within 30 seconds. That's a very dumb timeout length, especially in the modern world where MTA's typically do 2 or more DNS queries at the start of an SMTP session.
