I'm just using the auto reply feature built into SIMS.
Very very very bad if that user is subscribed to a list. The SIMS auto-reply should only be used for an email address like, for example, sales@ where you want to say "yes your message was received and yes we will reply and it usually takes us "X" days to reply. It should NOT be used for a "vacation" substitute.
