I spoke a little too soon, sorry. 200.65.106.171 is a LACNIC address
(prodigy.net.mx), but in this case it's listed in dynablock because it's in
a block of dynamically assigned addresses -- i.e., it's a dial-up. That
being the case, your client should definitely be using his ISP's server(s)
for outbound mail.
