Your webmail server should be able to send through your SIMS regardless of
where the user is -- it's the web server that's connecting to SIMS, not the
user directly. For others, have them use either SMTP AUTH or
POP-before-SMTP to authenticate to your server. That will override
blacklisting. I should have mentioned that earlier, but my fingers are a
little ahead of my brain this morning... 8-\
