Thanks! Sure 'nuff, it lets me in using any other domain as well. So evidentally, I did something to annoy these people and they banned the domain. I'll have to take a few looks to see if the domain is in a blacklist while I await a response from their mail admin. At least I can always get around it by sending the email from another domain (pita, but doable to at least appease the recipient that has been complaining they haven't been getting their monthly email. At least it is a workaround until I get the ultimate problem resolved).
