Its looking like this may have nothing to do with a PTR record, or even
RDNS, and rather something else is wrong (possibly blacklisted from their
server?) <sigh> that means I'm probably going to have to fight my way
into contacting their mail admin to get a better answer.
I think you are right. They probably have your address blocked in some other fashion. Maybe an ip range of your provider is blocked by them. This is frustrating stuff, but it is something we have to deal with in this age of spam.
