INFO is useful when interacting with a SIP
media server (IVR).

1. 
Opeartions like - Playing Message/Recording Messages
etc can be done with INFO - few vendors use VoiceXML
in the body of INFO method to send/receive relevant
info (Message file location, mode to play announcement
in etc). 

2. 
INFO is used to pass dtmf digits collected. 
One way it is done is to pass the digits collected in
the body and change the Content-Type to indicate the
same.
