If anyone still is wondering why the Helmsman UA is not responding to the BYE, I have news for you.
The problem was with the port which was different from default in the To: header, most probably.
When I set up the Helmsmann UA to the 5060 port the dialog termination was successful.
Now my UA sends a BYE request is as follows, and it is replied with 200 OK.
