Hi Peili, you should be right but can you point me to the spec. where this is specified explicitly? Is there any 3gpp test suite behavior for this case? I understand that 3gpp has defined behavior for PCSCF when INVITE is received with Route headers and its validation, but where have they specified the behavior when it's missing? In general, should we go implementing a very strict compliant solution or follow the SIP philosophy in general of "Be lenient in what you expect and strict in what you send?".
