What would be a better response code to return when the user of the phone has manually rejected/declined the call? '486 Busy Here' seems a bit inappropriate, although I guess it's not terrible. _______________________________________________ 480 Temporarily Unavailable might also be good. But sociologically, one does not want to reveal that the target could conceivably take the call, so 486 is probably correct. >From a protocol point of view, any 4xx is as good as any other.
