You won't, and if you do nothing we do will prevent it. As you said, most devices won't do Info-packages to begin with. If a vendor who makes a proprietary info package creates it in such a way that call attempts fail if the other side doesn't do their info-package, then they're way too dumb to put a generic info-package option tag in Require header anyway.
