This litmus test seems to mixup presentation with Identity.

All identity presentation services I know of are based on signaled identity.
Of course a more advanced identity presentation service can be devised that
also incorporates media identity. But this can become quite complicated,
imagine 1 session containing multiple media streams coming from different
entities, what do I present? Or will this not be allowed anymore?

The first thing I would be interested in is who is trying to setup a session
with me, and if I trust that someone. If I have more stringent requirements
also on the media integrity then I need something additional.
