Unless there is demand for it ( i.e. say now if you feel this is a limitation), the first release of sipxbridge will handle only audio streams as the use case is primarily PSTN connectivity. Video stream support will be added in subsequent releases. If an Audio + video call is made through sipxbridge, only the audio portion of the all setup will be handled.
