The reason for this is that sipXbridge is targeted to supporting
connections to ITSPs - PSTN connectivity through a remote service
provider.  

I'm not aware of anyone offering an ITSP service that includes video
(would love to hear about any and what standards they support).

Note that with the NAT traversal feature, video should work for any
all-SIP call.
