Does sipXsupervisor have access to the localization system?  Or
conversely, could it supply, instead of the actual text, whatever key is
used by sipXconfig to look up localized messages?

(Of course, this probably wouldn't work with configtest output and other
unstructured messages, but perhaps configtest could output localized
message tags...)
