Dial an extension from 650 (Polycom 650 phone) 2. Answer the call 3. Do a blind transfer to a busy phone (VM disabled) from 650 (Polycom 650 phone) Here, When the call fails generally four soft keys will be available with phone 1. Resum 2. New Call 3. Transfer 4. Conference With all other phone models above soft keys are available EXCEPT Polycom 650 2. "New Call" soft key is not available with polycom 650. Is there any setting to enable this softkey or this is an issue with polycom 650 ? -- Thanks, Akshata Saralaya
