Thanks for the clarification Woof.

IMHO it will be nice to have "press #" prompt as you said.
Could we modify the prompt as, "Dial the name of the person last name 
first. _Then press #_. Press 7 for Q and 9 for Z"

The caller is also asked to dial the last name (but it does the lookups if you 
enter the first name too), and it will find results with only a few characters 
entered, not the entire name. Wouldn't "Please enter the first few letters of 
the first or last name and press #" be easier and more effective?
