Damian,

Thanks for the settings, and for the info on the Issue. I will add my
vote to that as well, I definitely think  the limits should be removed.
We have 17 Queues here with an average of 8 Agents per queue.

What is concerning me now is what Pawel said about a hardcoded limit of
30 calls to the ACD. Is this limit the number of concurrent calls queued
per ACD Server? And if so if I create a second ACD Server, does the 30
limit include that server as well?
