This means any user that is given the admin permission loses access to their user portal. The reality of this is that rather than assign admin permissions to users who should have them, administrators will probably just share the superadmin account, which, among other things, makes the audit log not nearly as helpful. I think that users that have the admin permission should have access to both their user portal and the admin portal.
