When I've visited large customers, I've nearly always met someone who
sat with the admin portal open in a browser for most of the day - doing
adds and changes, helping users configure things, looking at reports.
Why shouldn't those people (who make more use of our system than anyone
else) not be able to use the user portal?  Asking them to log out and in
twice to listen to see voicemail seems a rather high bar...
