Hi All, This is regarding Improvement request for setting up the XMPP "Status Message" to a user.
Currently setting up the Status message for user is implemented at the Admin's end. One can login as a superadmin and navigate to the User>>User XXX>>Instant Messaging tab>>show advanced settings>>Status Message. In real time scenario, User should be able to set his own XMPP "Status Message" for his client logging into his user portal(end user). So in my opinion there should an Improvement requesting to edit the XMPP Status Message set by Admin to the user OR There should be an Improvement which allows only User to set his XMPP status message logging in as end user. Please advise if I can raise an Improvement request on this.
