Ah, very nice.  It didn't occur to me that the IM ID was read-only just
by looking at it but it really is read-only.  Did we not have a
different style for read-only fields?

Yes indeed.  An even nicer thing would be for the user to receive an
automatic e-mail with all his information:
* SIP info (Id, domain, password)
* IM (Id, domain, password)
* User portal + VM PIN
* Audio conference extension + password and associated chatroom name +
DimDim info

XMPP Domain name == SIP Domain in all cases
Resource is a user-defined string that helps the openfire server
disambiguate between all the clients that can simultaneously be
registered against the account.  For example, I use 'work' for my work
desktop PC, 'lab' for my lab PC and 'home' for my home PC and all three
can be logged in at the same time.  'Work' would probably be a good
default.
