I think it makes sense to have the whole thing user-configurable (on the
phone msg + advertise sip presenrtce + include call info).

BTW, I just noticed that the user portal allows the user to change its
IM ID and password which will ultimately push changes to user accounts
on openfire server.  Did we really want to give these powers to the
users?  Up until now, user account management/password could only be
made by the admin.
