I did not find anything wrong in the supervisor.log or sipxcallresolver.log (but > I probably looking in the wrong place as I do not have much experience with CDR) If you are using EDE to setup your development environment, you don't need to run configure with option of --enable-cdr explicitly, as EDE has it enabled by default. But if you setup your development environment manully, maybe you did not have the option enabled when you run configure?
