Here's the $INSTALL/bin/sipxcallresolver.sh change that worked for me:

< : ${LibOdbcDir:=/home/sipxchange/WORKING/INSTALL/lib}
---
> : ${LibOdbcDir:=/usr/lib}
The symbolic link wasn't required, but the sipXecs restart was.
