System: 4.0.4-017289 2009-11-19T18:15:29 ecs-centos5 HA configuration
with the media server on a separate box.

When the user attempts to change the password from a Polycom phone, they
receive a message that 'an error has occurred'.

Changing the password via the GUI works as expected.

The only error log message I can find is in the media server log:

mediaserver.log:"2010-02-15T21:56:18.813183Z":1768:CP:
WARNING:sipx-sna03.sip-lf.panasonic.aero:CallManager-14:B39A2B90:mediaserver:"CallManager::handleMessage
 Received a message subtype 66 request on invalid callId 
'[email protected]'; signaled event in message"

The CallID is the 'correct' CallID from the original call to 101 (voice
mail).

Any clues about what might be happening?
